Q: How do I shop on avilia.my?

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. You will get a notification after the product has been successfully added into the shopping cart.
  3. You can continue shopping and add a product that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart.
  4. After you have done shopping, click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  5. You will be redirected to the Checkout page. If you do not have an account with avilia.my, you can register an account before you proceed with the payment. The advantages of register an account with avilia.my is you can monitor the order status and purchase history.
  6. If you already have an account, you can log in into  your account using your Username and Password.
  7. If you do not want to register, you can also purchase the item as "Guest Checkout".
  8. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “DeliveryAddress” page and click “Continue” button.
  9. From here, you need to select your "Delivery Methods" and click “Continue” button.
  10. Next you'll need to choose your "Payment Method". Before click "Continue' button, you will need to agree with the terms and conditions..
  11. You need to reconfirm your order and click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

Q: I have a user account with avilia.my but I forgot my password, what should I do?

It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgotten Password link. You will be prompted with a window to enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with avilia.my. The new temporary password will be sent automatically to the registered email address. Please kindly change the password after a successful login.

 

Q: My order status still states "Processing" after 2 business days, what should I do?
